The Noisettes made quite the splash a few years back with their impressive breakthrough, Wild Young Hearts. After a lengthy hiatus, the band is back with a new LP and even newer sound. More retro-pop than indie-rock, “That Girl” is a satisfactory effort from the equally musical and stylish act.
