As M.I.A. preps the arrival of her anticipated Roc Nation debut, Matangi, an unreleased William Orbit-produced demo has emerged. Over nostalgic synth-indulgent production, M.I.A. adds that magic touch that only she can provide—put simply, the track is pleasantly irresistible.

Whether the track will appear on the new album or not, there’s something about the chemistry between she and Orbit (the man behind Madonna’s classic Ray of Light) that is quite intriguing.
