The Last Girl On Earth covers yet another magazine. Though its not a High Fashion mag as I would love, its still Rihanna and her I do love. As she graces the cover of Seventeen, she brings a youthful & playfulness which differs from her usual Hard Edge image she portrays so confidently. Rihanna is simply gorgeous, stunning, beautiful, and all the other words and I can never get enough of her. There’s not much to say beside ‘Yup’ you know this’.
So the Fashion at this years BET Awards was just as blah as Queen Latifah’s hosting this year. Many of these celebrities stylist are truly doing them a disservice because they aren’t achieving the “winning” looks I’m sure they’re gunning for . To my surprise the best dressed of the night were stars who usually are a miss for me. The worst dressed are horrible as usual and well the in-between looks I’ll just say I was confused. The 10 Annual BET Awards finally aired and I’ll say it was mildly worthit. I mean between the fashion, performances, host, & over all production of the ceremony there were some really great high notes & many low notes. As we all know the 10th Annual BET Awards are set to premier this Sunday (June 27). The highly anticipated ceremony will be hosted by none other than Queen Latifah. While there are a few people and performances i am anticipating, Why haven’t there been any announcement of Beyonce appearing??? I’m beginning to get a lil’ suspect. Any BET Awards show which didn’t feature Beyonce was certainly lackluster in someway, somehow. After all, it is their 10th anniversary so heres hoping the Queen B makes an appearance or even better performs during the Prince tribute.
The Commanding singer attended the Jean Paul Gaultier Menswear Presentation in France last night. While I would have preferred another hair option, this look is indeed a win for her. Well I for one wish all the success for Kelly Rowland and with her upcoming self titled album dropping in September, well be seeing alot more of her. Read on for more pics.
